This policy explains how Roof Replacement Cleveland OH (roofreplacementcleveland.com) handles the details you share when you ask for a roof estimate in Cleveland, OH or nearby parts of Cuyahoga County and Lake County. The site is a free referral service, not a roofing company, and it collects only what it needs to pass your request along.
When you send the request form, the site receives what you type: usually your name, contact details, address or town, and a short note about your roof. Those details go to one independent local roofing contractor so it can reach you about an estimate. They are not sent to any other company, list or marketer.
Your request is stored with the site's hosting provider so that it can be passed to the roofer, and it is deleted automatically after 90 days. The site does not sell personal data, and it does not collect sensitive data such as payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health details or insurance claim files. Please leave details like these out of the form.
The site lists no phone number, so the form is the only way your request reaches it. Like most websites, the hosting service may keep basic technical records, such as browser type and IP address, to keep the site working and secure.
Once the roofer has your request, its own privacy practices apply to anything you share with it directly. To ask what the site holds about you, or to have a request deleted sooner, send a note through the contact form. This policy may be updated, and the version on this page is the current one.
